Biographical Information

Richard Rice, M.A., is Coordinator of Information and Education at the National Social Norms Resource Center, which provides consultation and resources to individuals and agencies attempting the implement the social norms approach to health promotion. He is editor of the Social Norms Review, and a former member of the Editorial Advisory Board of The Report on Social Norms. He has been a consultant to, and grant reviewer for, a number of state agencies using the social norms approach.
